Promatec now offers 3 types of floor coating system for car parks. KoncreFlex® BD1 is designed for refurbishment of old car park floors, KoncreFlex® i-Deck® ED1 is designed for old or new park floor, and KoncreFlex® ID2 for both new or refurbishing park floors.
Koncreflex® BD1
For basement/High moisture areas
KoncreFlex® BD1 is a flexible, tough and hybrid water-tight, polyurethane coating that contains non-aggregate and flexible non-slip polymers. Durable and non-crushing, with anti-slip and moisture resistant properties, KoncreFlex® BD1 is designed for refurbishment of old car park floors and as a new construction material for multi-storey car park floor on the lowest basement level with high moisture content.
Koncreflex® ED1
Multi-storey/Exposed roof top
KoncreFlex® i-Deck® ED1 is designed around flexible and tough hybrid water-tight non-isocyanate polyurethane chemistry with non-agregate based flexible non-slip polymers as a durable and non-crushing anti-slip element. This is sealed with UV resistant polyurethane. i-Deck® ED1 is designed for refurbishment of old car park floor and as a new construction material for a multi-storey car park floor at exposed roof top car park level.

Multi-storey parking with colored floor requirements
KoncreFlex® ID2 is designed around flexible and tough hybrid water-tight non-isocyanate polyurethane chemistry with non-agregate based flexible non-slip polymers as a durable and non-crushing anti-slip element.
